He has been instrumental in promoting Film culture & Fashion culture in Goa by hosting many events during IFFI & On other occasions for last several years. Rahila Khan is a lecturer in fashion at the Government Polytechnic Panaji. She has been teaching for the last 23 years and also has prior experience in garment export industry of 7 years. She does a lot of community work through a government scheme adopted by her institute as well as many NGOs & women centric groups. She been part of majority of the fashion shows in Goa as coordinator, Show Director, Choregrapher & backstage manageress. She has been training models & designers in confidence, team building activities & fashion styling.
